Fit for Fall

It is almost over, but no need to fear…

If you missed out on the opportunity to use our daily five minute video’s during our Fit for Fall campaign- no need to get worked up! Instead, start working out by accessing our bank of video’s online. Use them as a five minute daily workout, or perhaps join a few together to create a longer workout. View them all together on our blog here:

New Class Times

Join us for new Monday and Thursday evening classes!

We have added two new classes, here is the full weekly schedule:
Monday: 7am and 7.35pm
Tuesday: 7pm
Thursday: 7am and 7pm
Friday: 7am
Saturday: 10.30am

On the wait list? Make sure we can get hold of you!

We want to make it easier for you to be notified, so we will be using text messagers to alert you when you are added to a class from the wait list. Please make sure to log into your Mind/Body account and check your mobile number is correct on your profile. We will still be using emails as a notification system, in addition to mobile texting.

When coming in to Fitness First, please make sure to notify the front desk of your arrival. We have been asked by them to ask you to let them know you are here for Oncore.

SPDs vs. Trainers

Whats are the benefits and where to buy?

We notice a difference when we use our SPDs to ride instead of trainers. SPDs are safer, and make you feel more connected to your bike, which allows you to ride harder and faster. If you are interested in buying your own pair, we would recommend buying them here from Wiggle. Don’t forget to buy the cleats too.
