The party and eating season is coming so get ahead of all those calories! Oncore wants to help you kick-start by offering Unlimited Oncore classes, NEW yoga classes, and our Mindful Eating Campaign. Check out all the details below!
All-You-Can-Get Oncore Classes
We’ll all fall off the health & exercise wagon over the Christmas holiday period so get ahead in November. From November 1st, we are offering All-You-Can-Get Oncore classes for fixed prices.
- 2 weeks – £50 – UNLIMITED CLASSES: Hit up five classes in two weeks and you are in the money. That is only two mid-week classes each week and one weekend class – you can do it!
- 4 weeks – £90 – UNLIMITED CLASSES: Challenge yourself to 9 (or more!) classes in four weeks. It will not be easy but will feel so good in December when you fit into your favourite party suit.

New Yoga SLT
Add some balance to your fitness routine by joining us for Oncore’s new Yoga SLT class (Strength, Length & Tone). We are offering classes on Thursday evenings and after Saturday classes if you want to check out the double – spin then SLT. We know your body will feel better for it so come along!

Oncore classes help you tick the fitness box but what you put in your body is just as impactful to your health! We know how easily calories slip past your lips when you are busy/tired but Oncore is here to help! Join out Mindful Eating program and realise the role food plays in your life.
This is not about dieting! Food is fuel for our minds and bodies and life is too short to over-think everything you eat. This is about making food a choice, not a habit; take back control of what you put in your body!
How it works?
Starting Monday 2nd November, take a picture of everything that you eat and drink. At the end of each day, make a photo collage of the photos, then send them to the Whatsapp Mindful Eating group. We’ll do this Monday to Friday for two weeks – weekends off!
Too shy to join our group whatsapp, then do it with a friend. Trust us, we have tested this and it really works! Even after a few days you will start making better, mindful choices.
To jump start your Mindful Eating, we’ve teamed up with Mindful Chef, who is offering all our participants a free trial box! Boxes supply you with fresh ingredients to make a healthy meal in only 15-20 minutes! Learn more about the Mindful Chef here!
