Strong Mum Course

Incorporates strength and conditioning-based sessions for new mums who want safe and tailored training from our highly experienced postnatal instructor, Sarah. The course will help you build back your fitness in a safe and controlled environment.

Our Strong Mum Course has the feel of a Personal Training session without the price tag and your baby can come along too!

DATES: Fridays @ 11am

6 Week Pull-ups & Pistol Squat Course

Pull-ups and Pistol Squats are entirely possible for anyone who wants to master them. The key to conquering both is consistency. We have created a 6-week course to allow you to master both and benefit from the following:

Pull-ups improve strength, and posture, whilst improving Joint Fluidity and Bone Health

The Pistol squat improves balance, coordination and mobility of joints whilst correcting imbalances.

Possible days: Monday @ 08:00 or Wednesdays @ 16:30

6 Week Weightlifting Course

Our weight lifting course is designed to expand your knowledge of the back squat, bench press, deadlift, their variants, and accessory work. The course identifies and optimises strengths, corrects weaknesses, and reduces exposure to injury in training and sport.
