6 Week Pull-ups & Pistol Squat Course
Pull-ups and Pistol Squats are entirely possible for anyone who wants to master them. The key to conquering both is consistency. We have created a 6-week course to allow you to master both and benefit from the following:
Pull-ups improve strength, and posture, whilst improving Joint Fluidity and Bone Health
The Pistol squat improves balance, coordination and mobility of joints whilst correcting imbalances.
