Our Classes
What classes do you offer?
We offer RIDE, HIIT, Strength, Lagree, Yoga, Barre, Pilates & Reformer. Classes are normally 45 minutes long, with the exception of certain yoga classes (please check the schedule).
Can I attend if I'm at the beginning of my fitness journey?
Of course, you are why we started Oncore. Our workouts are programmed for every level and the instructors will offer progressions and regressions. Workout at your own level. Be sure to turn up 10 minutes early for your initial classes, especially Reformer classes. This allows you time to speak with your instructor and understand the equipment.
What do I need to bring?
Wear comfortable workout clothes and trainers. We provide everything else that you might need (yoga mats, equipment, etc.) but we DON'T provide ride shoes/cleats. Pilates/Yoga socks are advised for applicable classes.
What happens if I'm late for a class?
It's really important you arrive 5 minutes before the class start time. Once a class has started, you will not be allowed to enter. This is for Health and Safety as well as out of our respect for the other customers and the instructor who is running the class. Think of it like a train: once the doors of the studio are closed that class has left the station and you cannot join. If you are worried you might not make it, don't book till you get there so that you are not charged or lose credits.
What happens if I am unable to exercise for medical reasons?
Please contact us at hello@oncorelondon.com as soon as possible. Depending on your circumstances and the product you have purchased, we may ask for appropriate medical evidence and will deal with your request in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
What happens if there is a change in the scheduled instructor?
Many of our instructors are athletes and performers. We therefore have to at times deal with unforeseen injuries or absences. We appreciate your understanding that instructors may change at short notice on occasion; if this happens there are no refunds and the cancellation policy still applies.
What is the Oncore pregnancy policy?
If you are pregnant or returning to exercise after pregnancy, please let your instructor know before class. It is your responsibility to decide whether a class is suitable for you and to seek advice from your healthcare professional where appropriate. Not all instructors are pre/post-natal trained and we cannot guarantee that suitable modifications will be available in every class. Please see our Terms & Conditions for full details.
