RIDE / SPIN
Our Ride classes are set to the beat, designed to be intense yet rewarding. We incorporates resistance, sprints, choreo and hand weights for a full body spin class experience
REFORMER
Our dynamic Pilates Reformer classes use traditional and more updates pilates movements to build strength, flexibility, coordination, mobility and balance.
STRENGTH
Our Strength classes use equipment and body weight to builds functional strength with a focus on form and technique. Low impact, maximum results and scalable to all levels.
HIIT
Our High Intensity Interval Training combines functional movement, cardio and strength training. A total body workout that’s always different.
YOGA CLASSES
We offer a range of yoga classes including: Flow, Power, Rocket, Flow & Restore , and Yin classes as well as Sound Baths experiences
