THE STUDIO
Where are your studios based?
Oncore is based in Clapham in London, just off Clapham Common.
65 Clapham Park Road, London, SW4 7EW
All four of our studios (Ride, HIIT, Yoga & Reformer) are located in the same building. Allowing you to experience all our workouts in one studio.
Do you have showers and changing facilities?
Yes, we have showers and changing rooms.
We provide body wash, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryers.
If you are an Oncore Customer we offer complimentary towels. If you are a Classpass Customer you can hire one for £2 at reception.
Do you have lockers?
Yes, we have lockers. No need to bring a lock, we have a lock and key system.
Do you have water or should I bring my own?
To help the environment we have water stations available so advise bringing your own bottle. We do, however, sell water at Reception for £1.
THE CLASSES
What classes do you offer?
We offer Ride, HIIT, Strength, Circuits, Yoga, Barre, Pilates & Pilates Reformer.
Classes are normally 45 minutes long, with the exception of certain yoga classes (please check the schedule)
We also hold 4-6 week courses for Postnatal Pilates, Ski Fit and Weightlifting
Can you attend if you are at the beginning of your fitness journey?
Of course, you are why we started Oncore. Our workouts are programmed for every level and the instructors will offer progressions and regressions. Workout at your own level. Be sure to turn up 10 minutes for your initial classes.
What do I need to bring?
Workout kit, suitable trainers, ride shoes (we don’t provide), grip socks (for yoga studio). We will provide you with a yoga mat for any classes in the yoga studio.
What happens if I'm late for a Class?
It's really important you arrive 5 minutes before the class starts time. Once a class has started, you will not be allowed to enter.
This is for Health and Safety as well as out of our respect for the Instructor who is running the class.
What happens if I cannot attend a class due to Injury?
If you cannot attend your sessions because of an injury or medical reason and your sessions are still valid, please inform the Oncore team at info@oncorelondon.com immediately.
We will require a letter from your Doctor. Your account will then be frozen for an agreed period of time.
If you cannot continue a course for a permanent medical reason and your sessions are still valid, please inform info@oncorelondon.com immediately. We will require a letter from your Doctor, your course will be refunded minus any sessions completed charged at the full single session price and a £10 admin fee will also be charged.
What happens if there is a change in the scheduled Instructor?
Many of our Instructors are athletes and Performers. We, therefore, have to at times deal with unforeseen injuries or absences. We appreciate your understanding that Instructors may change at short notice on occasion, if this happens there are no refunds and the cancellation policy still applies.
BOOK CLASSES
How do I book a class?
You can sign up to a class through our class page.
How do I add myself to the waitlist?
You can add yourself to the waitlist on your MindBody Account and you will be notified by email if you are added to the class.
Please remember to remove yourself from the Waitlist if you can no longer attend.
May I bring a friend with me?
Working out is always more fun with friends! Class Pass and Class Packs holders may transfer or gift classes to third parties. Login to your Mindbody account. When you click "sign up" for a class, you are asked if you would like to make the reservation for yourself or for someone else. Select "someone else" then enter your friend's name.
The Unlimited Pass including & excluding Reformer and Off peak is to be used by the holder only and cannot be shared. You will need to purchase a ‘buddy pass’ for £12 which can be done at reception.
Once I've booked, what do I need to do?
Simply show up and check in! It's really important you arrive 5 minutes before the class starts time. Once a class has started, you will not be allowed to enter.

Do you offer an Intro Offer?
Yes, we absolutely do! We want you to try before you commit to one of our monthly passes or class packs. Each customer is entitled to one Introductory Offer.
Can you claim more than one Intro Offer?
Each customer is entitled to one Introductory Offer.
Purchase of multiple packages through the creation of multiple Oncore accounts or otherwise, whether intentional or mistaken, will result in the loss of the additional Introductory Offer classes with no refund.
MONTHLY PASSES
How much do your monthly passes cost?
We offer a range of monthly passes from a set number of classes per month to unlimited passes.
You can also buy a class pack and have the option of a set number of classes and use them whenever you like. For a full breakdown, check out our pricing page here.
Is there a minimum commitment to your monthly passes?
All monthly passes (The Unlimited Pass including & excluding Reformer and Off peak and 2,5,8 & 12) are a re-occurring payment with a 2 Month Minimum commitment.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
We want to give you as much time to cancel your classes so, unlike most other studios who have a 12hr cancellation policy, ours is 10hrs.
This means if you wake up at 08:00 feeling unwell you still have time to cancel your 18:20 evening class.
All Class Pack and Monthly Class Pass holders are required to cancel a class 10+ hrs before the session to have the credit returned to their account.
Is there any Late Cancellation and No Show Fees?
The Unlimited Pass (including & excluding Reformer and Off peak) has a “late cancel” fee in place for spots booked and cancelled less than 10 hours before the session. A "no show" fee is in place for spots booked and not attended.

For all other monthly Class Passes and Class Pack there is no fee but the session credit will be lost.
Can you Pause/Freeze your Monthly Passes?
You are eligible to pause your Monthly Pass but there is a fee for every separate request:

Can I top up my membership with additional classes?
Of course, if you've used up all your sessions for the month just email hello@oncorelondon.com and they can add more sessions for you.
How do I cancel my monthly pass?
You are responsible for terminating your own billing cycle by logging into your online account: https://support.mindbody.io/s/article/How-do-I-cancel-my-membership
Please note the "no refunds" policy. Monthly passes have a two month minimum term, so can't be cancelled until after your first two payments.
What is your Refund Policy?
Unless expressly stated to the contrary herein, or as provided by applicable law, payments are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.
This policy applies to all products sold on Oncore’s website i.e. Class Packs and all monthly passes. However, following the cancellation of your Pass, you will continue to have access to the Studio through to the end of your paid Pass cycle.
CLASS PACKS
What is your Class Pack expiry date policy?
Your Class Pack starts on the date that you attend the first class. If unused they will expire as stated below:
