Please read carefully the following Terms & Conditions, which may be updated by Oncore from time to time. The most current version of these Terms can be accessed at any time at www.oncorelondon.com/terms
By accessing Oncore’s website, creating an account, booking a class, purchasing a membership or pass, or entering our studio premises, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by Oncore’s Terms & Conditions. These Terms apply to all users of our services, whether online or in-person, and are subject to change from time to time. Continued use of our services after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
PRE-CONDITION TO USE
Access, browsing, and/or use of Oncore’s website (www.oncorelondon.com) or Oncore’s MindBody booking system requires acceptance of Oncore’s Terms & Conditions. In addition, when using Oncore services, you also shall be subject to any emailed or posted guidelines, FAQs, or rules applicable to such services, which may be modified from time to time.
INTRODUCTORY OFFER
Eligibility: Each customer is entitled to one Introductory Offer only. Purchase of multiple packages through the creation of multiple Oncore accounts or otherwise, whether intentional or mistaken, will result in the loss of the additional Introductory Offer classes with no refund. The
customer may opt to pay the difference in the package per class to the equivalent package size and an additional £10 administration fee.
Pass Composition: The Introductory Offer consists of 3 classes—One pass for Reformer and Two passes for any other class. The pass must be purchased as a Combo Pass, and passes cannot be separated.
Pass Expiration: The pass will expire 21 days from the date of first use, including the start date. No extensions to the pass will be offered for any reason.
Max Pass & Monthly Passes Terms
- Subscription Commitment: All monthly passes & Max Pass require a 3-month minimum commitment. After the initial 3-month period, the subscription will automatically renew unless you email to cancel. To cancel, you must provide 7 days’ notice before the next renewal date.
- Max Pass Late Cancellation & No-Show Fees: Automatic fees will be deducted for Late Cancellations and No Shows. Classes booked and cancelled less than 12 hours before the session or not attended will incur these fees. See below for specific charges.

- Booking Limit: For some passes, there are restrictions on the number of bookings per week, such as the 7 bookings per week limit for the Max Pass, including any late
Cancellations.
- Self-Check-In for Max Pass: Clients are responsible for checking in at the self-check-in iPad stations provided in the Main Reception and Reformer Room. If you fail to check in and are charged for a No Show, no refund will be offered. If you’re unsure if you’ve checked in, please verify with Front of House (FOH) staff or the Instructor.
- Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable. No exceptions.
- T&Cs Enforcement: We strictly enforce all our Terms & Conditions to keep our prices affordable. We do not actively manage emails or client accounts for exceptions. Any account management required will incur an administrative fee. For full FAQs and additional information, please visit our website.

By starting your Oncore Max Pass or All Monthly Passes, you authorise us to charge you a monthly fee at the then current rate. Increases in the current rate will be notified with 1 month’s Notice.
Oncore Monthly Passes are recurring payments that allow the user to access Oncore classes.
Classes can be rolled over to the following month (upon request) for a period where there is an
active pass on the account. Monthly Passes are paid per month in advance via Credit/DebitCard. Any non-payment will result in Passes frozen until payment is received in full. If payment is not made within 5 days of monthly renewal, a £10 administration fee may be charged.
Monthly Passes have a three month minimum term, so can’t be cancelled until after your first
three payments. After the 3 month commitment period, you may terminate your Pass at any time with at least 7 days notice before your next renewal date. Notice must be provided by email and receipt of email must be confirmed. For example, if your next renewal date is 30th September, you need to cancel by 5pm, 22nd September, in order to avoid being charged for the next Pass cycle. Note that if you do terminate your Pass, you will be subject to current membership rates upon your return.
Early cancellation of the package will result in £10 administration charge and fee to charge classes used at up to single class price per class rate. No refund for outstanding classes will be Offered.

MONTHLY PASSES TERMS
Monthly Class Passes: Classes can be rolled over to the following month upon request for the period that there is a pass that remains active.
ONCORE CLASS PACKS GENERAL TERMS
Oncore Class Pack holders receive the number of classes commensurate with the pack purchased. Such classes may be redeemed at Oncore studio until such time that the Class Pack is exhausted whether through consumption or expiry. Class Pack holders may transfer or gift classes to third parties. Oncore makes no guarantee on the availability of classes as access to classes is on a space-available basis.
All Class Pack holders are required to cancel a class 12+ hrs before the session to have the credit returned to their account. There is no “late cancel” fee for classes cancelled less than 12 hours before the session. There is no “no show” fee for spots booked and not attended. In both cases (late cancel & no show) the session credit will be lost.

Your Class Pack starts on the date that you attend the first class. If unused they will expire as stated below:

BILLING
No Refunds.
Unless expressly stated to the contrary herein, or as provided by applicable law, payments are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. This policy applies to all products sold on Oncore’s website i.e. Class Packs and all monthly passes. However, following the cancellation of your Pass, you will continue to have access to the Studio through to the end of your paid Pass cycle.
Payment Methods.
You may edit your Payment Method information by logging into your MindBody account and updating accordingly. If payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not edit your Payment Method information, provided that you have not cancelled your account in accordance with these Terms (see, “Cancellation” below), you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts.
OTHER FEES
Passes and/or Class Packs only give access to the class for which you signed up (at the specified time).
TERMINATION BY ONCORE
You agree that Oncore, in its sole discretion and for any or no reason, may terminate any account (or any part thereof) you may have with Oncore or use of the Site and/or Studio and remove and discard all or any part of your account or any content uploaded by you, at any time.
Oncore may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing access to the Site and/or Studio, or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to the Site or any account you may have or portion thereof and/or Studio may be effected without prior notice, and you agree that Oncore will not be liable to you or any third party for any such termination, provided that, if Oncore terminates your account other than due to breach by you of these Terms, Oncore shall refund a pro-rata proportion of the fee paid for the Oncore Pass / Oncore Class Packs in which such termination takes effect.
Oncore Ltd does not permit copyright infringing activities on the Site and reserves the right to terminate access to the Site and remove all content submitted by any persons who are found to be repeat infringers. Any suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity that may be grounds for termination of your use of the Site and/or Studio may be referred to appropriate law enforcement bodies. These remedies are in addition to any other remedies that Oncore may have at law.
ELIGIBILITY;
The site is not intended for use by persons outside the United Kingdom or to any users suspended or removed from the site by Oncore Ltd. By using the site, you represent that you are a United Kingdom Resident who has not been previously suspended or removed from the Site.
Applicable only to corporate accounts authorised by us: If you are using or opening an account on the Site on behalf of a company, entity, or organisation (a “Subscribing Organisation”), then you represent and warrant that you are an authorised representative of that Subscribing Organisation with the authority to bind such organisation to these Terms.
REGISTRATION INFORMATION AND PASSWORD; SITE ACCESS
You agree that the information you provide to Oncore Ltd on registration and at all other times will be true, accurate, current, and complete. You also agree that you will ensure that this information is kept accurate and up-to-date at all times. When you register, you will be asked to create a password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
PRIVACY
Your privacy is important to Oncore Ltd. The Oncore Ltd Privacy Policy is hereby incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read the privacy policy carefully for information relating to Oncore’s collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.

By using the Site, you promise to:

Cancellation PolicyCancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule a class then you must give at least 12 hours notice to receive the returned class credit. You can do this on MindBody (online booking system)
If 12 hours notice is not given then you will still be charged for that session. If you are on our Max Pass and late cancel or do not attend you will be charged a late cancellation Charge.

Instructors may change at short notice on occasion, if this happens there are no refunds and the cancellation policy still applies.
Cancellation due to Injury or Medical Reason
If you cannot attend your sessions because of an injury or medical reason and your sessions are still valid, please inform the Oncore team at [email protected] immediately. We will require a letter from your Doctor and your account will be frozen for an agreed period of time. If you cannot continue a course for a permanent medical reason and your sessions are still valid, please inform [email protected] immediately. We will require a letter from your Doctor, your course will be refunded minus any sessions completed charged at the full single session price and a £10 admin fee will also be charged.
Late Policy
We have a firm no latecomers policy.
Arrival Time: You must arrive at the studio 5 mins before your class and check in at least 2 minutes before class start time to secure your spot.
Late arrivals cannot be accommodated due to health & safety and instructor insurance concerns, as well as respect for other clients. If you arrive exactly on time or within 2 minutes of the start ime, you will be marked as a No Show, and no class credit or refund will be issued.
No Refunds for Late Arrivals: Please plan extra time for potential traffic or other delays. If you cannot afford to lose credits due to late cancellations or no shows, please only book classes when you are at the studio.
LIABILITY WAIVER
By signing up for and/or attending classes, events, activities, and using the premises, facilities, and equipment (collectively, the “Classes and Facilities”) of Oncore Limited, its subsidiaries, and its partners (collectively, “Oncore”), I acknowledge on behalf of myself, my heirs, personal representatives, and/or assigns that there are inherent risks and dangers in indoor cycling and other activities associated with the Classes and Facilities. I acknowledge that while Oncore takes reasonable care to ensure a safe environment, certain risks cannot be eliminated.
I understand the specific risks vary by activity, including but not limited to:
1. Minor injuries such as scratches, bruises, and sprains.
2. Major injuries such as eye injury, joint or back injuries, heart attacks, and concussions
3. Catastrophic injuries including paralysis and death.
I will comply with all stated safety terms, posted signs, rules, and any verbal instructions provided by Oncore staff.
If, in the opinion of Oncore staff, my participation in the Classes and Facilities may pose a physical risk, I understand and agree that I may be denied access until I provide Oncore with a medical letter from my doctor at my own cost confirming my suitability for participation.
In consideration for being allowed to participate in the Classes and Facilities, I hereby:
1. Assume full responsibility for any injury or damage I sustain or aggravate while using the Classes and Facilities.
2. Release, indemnify, and hold harmless Oncore, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, actions, damages, or liabilities, except for those arising from Oncore’s negligence or intentional misconduct.
3. Represent that I have no medical condition preventing me from using Oncore’s Classes and Facilities, that I am not under medical advice to avoid physical exercise, and that I am physically fit for the activities.
Pregnancy & Postnatal Participation Policy
For health and safety reasons, participation in Oncore group exercise classes is not permitted beyond 12 weeks of pregnancy. Group classes are not tailored to provide the individualised care required during the later stages of pregnancy, and our instructors may not be pre/post-natal trained.
During the first 12 weeks of pregnancy, you must obtain clearance from your healthcare provider before attending classes.
If you are pregnant, please notify our team prior to attending any session.
You may return to classes 6–8 weeks postpartum, provided you have medical clearance from your healthcare provider.
Oncore reserves the right to deny access to classes if we believe participation may pose a risk to your health or safety, or that of your unborn child.

Personal Belongings
Clients are solely responsible for their personal belongings while at the studio. Oncore is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage of personal items brought into the studio, including those stored in lockers, changing rooms, or other shared spaces.
I acknowledge that I accept Oncore’s Terms and Conditions, which can be found on the company website at www.oncorelondon.com. By using Oncore’s services, I agree to comply with any additional posted guidelines, FAQs, or rules that may be updated from time to time.
Code of Conduct
All clients are expected to maintain a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment within the studio.
Oncore reserves the right to refuse service or revoke access without refund to any client who:
- Behaves in a disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate manner toward staff or other clients.
- Fails to follow studio etiquette or safety instructions.
- Violates any part of our Terms & Conditions.
Purchase Policy
All bookings should be made in advance to guarantee your space. We cannot accept any bookings without payment. Bookings can be made online.
You must arrive at the studio 5 mins before your class and check in at least 2 minutes before class start time to secure your spot. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated due to health & safety and instructor insurance concerns, as well as respect for other clients. If you arrive exactly on time or within 2 minutes of the start time, you will be marked as a No Show, and no class credit or refund will be issued. Waitlists or walk-ins will be cleared during this time.

Return / Refund Policy (Including Refunds, Memberships & Chargebacks)
All Purchases Are Non-Refundable: All pass and membership purchases are strictly non-refundable once activated, used for a Missed Classes & Late Arrival: If you miss a class or arrive late and are not permitted entry, this will count as a used booking a Cancellation Window & No-Shows: If you cancel within the 12-hour cancellation window or fail to attend a booked class, your pass will be considered used and no refunds or credits will apply.
Refunds Under Exceptional Circumstances (Unused Passes Only): Refunds may be considered only if the pass has not been
- You must email [email protected] stating the reason, including relevant documentation and confirming the pass is unused.
- Requests will be reviewed within 14 days.
- If approved, all refunds will be subject to deductions for transaction, processing, and admin fees.
- Refunds will not be processed through any other communication method.
- Injury or Medical Hold: In the case of injury or medical reasons, you may:
- Submit a signed and stamped medical record to request your pass or membership be placed on hold
- Transfer the remaining value to a friend or family member at no additional cost.
Membership Terms Related to Refunds:
All memberships are subject to a minimum contract term, during which no refunds will be issued for any reason.
After minimum contract terms:
- You must provide at least 7 days’ written notice prior to your next payment date by emailing [email protected].
- No partial refunds will be provided for unused days/credits or early cancellations without the required notice.
- Medical holds are available with appropriate documentation and may allow for a temporary pause or a transfer of the member
Chargebacks & Disputes:
- You must contact Oncore first via [email protected] before initiating any chargeback or dispute with your bank or car
- If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting us, you will be liable for all related costs, including transaction fees, dispute
We reserve the right to pursue the recovery of these costs and/or suspend your account.
Privacy Policy
Oncore understands the importance of the security of your personal data. Amendments to Terms

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
